INFO & SERVICE

TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM

A traffic light system is available for you during the museum night. When you enter a museum, the QR code on your ticket is scanned and the information uploaded to the online traffic light system. There you can observe the occupancy rate of the individual museums live during the museum night. Green means that there is still plenty of room, orange that there are only a few seats left and red that the museum is currently at full capacity. With this information, you can adjust your museum visits to avoid waiting times and make your Museums Night 2022 an enjoyable and safe experience.

INFORMATION BOOTHS

Of course, there will be information booths with friendly staff for your orientation again this year. On the market square in Leipzig you will be given all-round information and tips for museums. The Stadtmarketing Halle at the market place will be open for you until 9 pm. Furthermore, at the main train stations in Halle and Leipzig you will be provided with all the information about the program and transport connections.

INFO HOTLINE

A new feature this year is a telephone hotline for your questions during the Museums Night from 6 p.m. to midnight. Our helpful staff will be at your disposal. You can ask them for information about the program of the museums, online ticket purchase, traffic connections, updates on the traffic light system and much more. Hotline: 0341 123 4233

GUIDES

For the Museums Night 2022, for the first time, there will be mobile guides in Halle and Leipzig, who will be available to you as contact persons. In Leipzig three teams and in Halle two teams with two people each will be on the road. The guides will distribute folding maps, have all the information about the program, the traffic connections and can give you updates on the traffic light system.
